Dennis John Fisher, Sr.

Dennis John Fisher, Sr, 81 years vibrant, passed away suddenly but peacefully on December 28 ^th 2021 in his home in Bluffton, SC.  He was with his beloved family and his faithful dog Jersey, while warmly wrapped in his Moose Breath t-shirt.

Dennis was born March 29, 1940 in Clifton, NJ, to Adeline Fisher (deceased) and Sigmund Fisher (deceased).

He is survived by his treasured wife of 57 years, Cherie Michaeline Fisher, his three children, Michaeline (Fisher) Fernandez, Kelly Jo (Fisher) Daab, and Dennis John Fisher, Jr.; his nine grandchildren, Alec, Olivia, Emme, and Mia Fernandez: Josie, Bridget, and Molly Daab; Gretchen and Adeline Fisher; and, great-grandson Maddox.  He will live forever in their hearts and memories.

Dennis, lovingly known as Den, Dad, G’Pa, and Abu, will always be remembered for the fierce love for his family, the strong roots he gave them, and being “that guy” to his many incredible friends.  His passions were spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, watching sports, kayaking in the ocean and playing with his dogs.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church on Monday, January 3 ^rd at 10:30 am.
