Diana Lee Gross

Diana Lee Gross, 75, of Bluffton died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at home.

Mrs. Gross was born on July 19, 1941 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late Bill Oberstadt and Bettye Smith Ortisi. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her daughters, Stacy Lanzon (Keith) and Jody Ward; sister, Karla Sellers (Stan); grandsons, Billy, John, Joey, Winston, Kyle, Michael, and Neil; and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Peggy Luick; daughter, Sheryl Lynn Kelchner; and father of Stacy and Jody, Ralph Kelchner.

Mrs. Gross was a graduate of Cass Technical High School where she was active with the swim team. Prior to moving to Bluffton she owned a dog grooming shop in Detroit.

A funeral service is being planned to be held in Michigan at a later date.
