Diane Linda (Hysner) Conklin

Diane Linda Conklin (Hysner) of Hilton Head, SC passed away on November 26, 2023 at the age of 73. A long time resident of Rochester, NY; she is preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Betty Hysner, brother Dale Hysner, and beloved sister-in-law Jane Hysner (Carl). She is survived by her loving partner, Dennis West, her children Justin Conklin (Jessica) and Alison Porter (Ben), grandchildren; Holden Porter, Griffin Porter, and Nolan Porter, and brothers Gary Hysner and Carl Hysner. She is also survived by her former husband and good friend Carl Conklin, as well as the children whom she loved as her own; Heather Westriver, Dennis West Jr., Cory Conklin (Kim), and Christine Carbonell (Mark). Diane loved animals, summers on Keuka Lake, cooking, and spending time with her family. Diane was loved by many and will be missed dearly. A celebration of life will be held on Hilton Head Island on December 16th.
