With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Donald Ellis MacGregory, Jr. (Don, Mac), a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all whose lives he touched, on March 10, 2022. His battle with Parkinson's showed his courage to face life challenges with positivity. Despite his illness, Don kept making everyone laugh until the end. He left us peacefully with his family by his side in Bluffton, SC. He was in his 86th year.

After being honorably discharged as a Captain, Don worked with Shell Oil as a systems analyst. Work and life took them to various cities including New Orleans, LA, and Kingwood, Texas. They were blessed with three children and nine grandchildren. Family brought Don and Elizabeth to South Carolina.
Don was an avid New England sports fan, baked a heavenly Angel Food Cake, enjoyed researching his family history as an expert Genealogist, and spent his time with Elizabeth playing boche, making music, and doting on his beloved grandchildren.
