Donald E. Reiser, 86, of Bluffton, SC passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2009 in the Hilton Head Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SC.He was born in New York City on September 12, 1923. He was the son of the late Edward and Louise Booth Reiser.He was a retired Engineer for the City of New York. He was a US Army veteran of World War II and he was a Catholic.He is survived by his two sons, Donald (Doris) Reiser of Mt. Holly, VT and Thomas (Colleen) Reiser of Raleigh, NC; two daughters, Barbara (Jerry) Vaughan of Hilton Head Island, SC and Anne (Steve) Schultz of Leesburg, VA; grandchildren, Katie Boland, Ryan Vaughan, Elizabeth Sauer, Kimberly Vaughan, Alyssa Reiser, Lauren Vaughan, Nicole Reiser, Kerry Reiser, Thomas Reiser and Donald Reiser.and one great grandchild, James Boland. He was predeceased by his wife, Marian Reiser and one grandchild, Corey Reiser.Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, December 3, 2009 in the Low Country Memorial Gardens, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC.The family requests memorial gifts be made to St. Jude
