Edward Stanley Flinta

Edward Flinta passed in his sleep on February 7, 2020 at home in Bluffton, South Carolina. Edward was born in Passaic, New Jersey on February 12, 1930 to the late Eugene and Mary Flinta, Sr. He is now at rest with his beloved wife, Eleanor, daughter, Ellen, and granddaughter, Melissa.

Prior to his retirement, Edward was a musician and music teacher for the Flinta School of Music in Bergen County, New Jersey. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Mick and Gail McLeod; four grandchildren, Christopher, Allison, Caroline, and Jennifer; and five great grandchildren, Savannah, Nathan, Hope, Elliana, and Haley.

A viewing will be held at Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton from 8:30 am—10:00 am, Tuesday, February 18, 2020, with a church service beginning at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, at All Saints Episcopal Church, 3001 Meeting St., Hilton Head Island.

He will always be remembered for his kindness and love of his family and others.
