Edward "Eddie" J. Hoagland

Edward J. Hoagland (Eddie), 77, of Beaufort, SC formerly of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 in Summerville Hospice Care.

Eddie was born September 6, 1944 in Dayton, OH, the son of the late Lewis Hoagland and Lena Shanks. He was an avid fisherman and a fan of WWE wrestling. He worked construction most of his life.

In addition to his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by his beloved Molly Hoagland and brother, Danny. He is survived by his sisters, Sharon, Caroline, Mary, Betty, and brothers, Fred and Donald, all from Ohio; his children, Henry (Jocelyne) of Beaufort, SC, Tony of Beaufort, SC, John (Kim) of Ridgeway, OH, James (Cheryl) of Licking, MS, and Donna Albert of SC; his beloved grandchildren, Zachary, Danielle, Cody, Amanda, and Danielle; and great-grandchildren, Aundrea, Cameron, Kaitlyn, and Haley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the American Heart Association.
