Edward Paul Tribuna

Edward Paul Tribuna, 67, of Hilton Head Island, SC passed away Friday, July 28, 2023 at his home.

Ed was born November 8, 1955 in Boston, MA to Cecelia Riley Tribuna and the late Leonard James Tribuna.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern in Boston, where he was an evening professor. He was later employed by Digital Equipment Corporation for 17 years before moving on to Signiant in Lexington, MA for 12 years as the Director of Professional Services.  He was contracted as an aviation mechanic in Iran for the United States.

After 25 years of friendship, Ed married Debra Robuccio in December 2011. Together they traveled extensively and built a home in Bluffton, SC, but it was Ed’s dream to live on Hilton Head Island. In 2020, they built their final home on Hilton Head Island. Ed was an incredible woodworker, creating quality furniture pieces.  He enjoyed gourmet cooking, boating, golf, and travel with his wife.

In addition to his wife, Debra Tribuna, Ed is survived by his mother; one son, Justin Tribuna (Bryanna) of Watertown, MA; a brother, Stephen Tribuna (Monica); sisters, Roseanne and Nancy, several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
