Edward Hayden Walker III, 52, of Okatie, SC died Sunday, September 28, 2008 in the Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Beaufort, SC.He was born in Montpelier, VT on September 5, 1956. He was the son of Edward Hayden Walker II and Roberta Campbell Walker.Edward went to school at V32 in Berlin, VT. He was a US Navy veteran and a boat builder for Ocean Catamarans of Charleston, SC. He loved to read and was a kindhearted and loving person.He is survived by his wife, Anne B. Walker of Okatie, SC; his mother, Roberta A. Walker of Melbourne, FL; his father, Edward Hayden Walker II and Neysha Rossi of Berlin, VT; two brothers, Josh and Penny Walker and their daughter, Danielle of Berlin, VT and Michael and Lucy Walker and their children, Haley and Mitchell of Melbourne, FL; two sisters, Cheryl Walker and Clark Boynton and their son, Jack of Charlotte, VT and Stephanie and Paul Pouliot and their son, Chad of Barre, VT.He was predeceased by his mothers parents, Donald Campbell and Marie Lessard and his fathers parents, Edward H. Walker Sr. and Dorothy Walker.A Memorial Service will be held later in Vermont.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements.
