Elaine Jeanette Rodriguez Sartirana, 62 of Hilton Head Island, SC and wife of Paul Sartirana passed away on Friday, July 8, 2011 in the Hilton Head Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SCShe was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 13, 1949. She was the daughter of the late David and Frida Marina Rodriguez.She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Christian Renewal Church, Hilton Head Island, SC. She enjoyed painting and making pottery and she loved her grandchildren.She is survived by her husband, Paul Sartirana of Hilton Head Island, SC; one son, Alan (Wendy) Sartirana of Los Angeles, CA, five daughters, Sharon (Kent) Williams of Raleigh, NC, Vanessa (Abtin) Alvand of London, England, Enid (Steve) Roberts of Poughkeepsie, NY, Marcy (Curtis) Mason of Newark, NY and Claudia (Walker) Ragsdale of Los Angeles, CA; one brother, David Rodriguez of Perth Amboy, NJ; two sisters, Jeanette Viera Rodriguez and Wanda Rodriguez both of Las Piedras, Puerto Rico and 11 grandchildren, Hannah, Isabella, Ava, Zara, Liliana, Curtis, Monica, Addison, Emma, Sebastian, and Lucia.The family will receive friends from 3 til 4:30 Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton with burial at 4:30 pm at Lowcountry Memorial Gardens, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton.A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, July 11, 2011 at the Christian Renewal Church, 95 Gardner Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC.
