Elena C Coppa

Elena was born January 30, 1925 in Long Island, NY to the late Anthony Cuomo and Annunizata Martino Cuomo. In 2003, she moved to Bluffton, SC from Elizabeth, NJ. She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, enjoyed playing golf, cooking for her family, and working in her garden.

Elena is survived by her daughters, Vivian Dunigan of Rumson, NJ, Nancy Bare of Bluffton, and Diane Decker of Bluffton; grandchildren, Christine Phillips, Melissa Collins, Eileen Collins, Joseph B. Decker, Chelsea Decker, Kathleen Smith (Marshall); great-grandchildren, Nicole Phillips, Jaclyn Phillips (Chase), Toni Lee Phillips, Erica Smith, Alexa Smith, Darrius Smith, Joseph M. Decker, Matthew Decker, and Olivia Purkall; and great-great grandchildren, Aaliyah Phillips, Amaya Phillips, Caidence Reynolds, and Joshua Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aniello Coppa, twelve brothers, and two sisters.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with arrangements.
