Elias Horry Pinckney, Sr., 77, of Ridgeland, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Ridgeland Nursing Center, Inc.He was born in Grahamville, SC on July 31, 1935 to the late Eustace Bellinger Pinckney, Sr. and Ruedelle Horry Pinckney.He is the retired President of Pinckney Brothers, Inc. where he worked as a custom home builder for 45 years on Hilton Head Island and the private resort, Spring Island, SC. He was a life-long member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church-Grahamville. He was also a member of the American (Masonic) Lodge #98 and the Sergeant Jasper Country Club. He served in the SC National Guard for ten years. He was formerly married to the late Judy Woods Pinckney and Sally Ross Pinckney. He was a loving and generous son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He was devoted to his family and church. He was an expert craftsman, had a quick wit, enjoyed a good laugh, and was an avid boxing enthusiast.He is survived by his wife, Betty R. Worsham (Fleming) Pinckney; son, Elias Horry (Misti) Pinckney, Jr. and his children Eli, Levi, Presley, Beau, and Cash; daughters, Sheri Pinckney (Peewee) Boyles, and her children Mallory Boyles (Chad) Recchia, Shelby Boyles and Whitney Boyles, great-grandchildren, Matthew Boyles and Emma Recchia; and Sarah Louise (Chad Branch) Pinckney; step-sons, Jacob Ross (Adrienne) Taylor, and his children, Emily and Jacob; Gary (Jackie) Worsham and his children, Luke, Nick and Chase; Wade (Dana) Worsham, and his children, Taylor, Wyatt, Emily, and Sara; Boyd (Brenda) Worsham, and his children, Tucker and Aden; and preceded in death by sister, Ruedelle (June) Parry, brothers, Eustace Bellinger (BB) Pinckney, Jr., James
