Elizabeth "Betty" Foley of Bluffton, SC died Thursday, November 12, 2015. Mrs. Foley was the daughter of John Brown and Margaret Carr Brown. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert "Bob" Foley; sons, Michael B. Foley (Maya) of New York, NY and Richard J. Foley (Katie) of Bloomington, IN; and her grandchildren, Ben and Caitlin Foley. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 333 Fording Island Road, Bluffton, SC 29909. A private burial will take place in Philadelphia, PA. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to John Paul II Catholic School, 4211 Okatie Highway, Ridgeland, SC 29936.
