Elizabeth Hodge Hubbard

Elizabeth “Betsy” Hodge Hubbard passed away December 13, 2021. She was born at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA on July 27, 1956, the daughter of the late J.C. and Elizabeth Hodge.

Betsy was raised at their home “Seven Oaks” on Calhoun Street. She graduated from May River Academy and Memorial Medical Center School of Nursing. She worked for years at Candler General Hospital in Savannah.

In addition to her parents, Betsy was preceded in death by her brother, John H. Hodge and her son, Richard III. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Richard Hubbard, Jr.; son, Jonathan, and two grandsons.

A private family service was held at Bluffton Cemetery.
