Ellen Kathleen Wolf

Ellen Kathleen Wolf, age 80, of Bluffton, SC died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Wolf was born on April 30, 1935 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Walter McCaffrey and Catherine Glosson McCaffrey. She had been a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary for 25 years. She was of Catholic faith. She enjoyed playing games and working crossword puzzles. She loved her dogs and enjoyed ironing. Mrs. Wolf was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter McCaffrey, James McCaffrey, and Joseph McCaffrey and her sisters, Rose M. Egan and Catherine M. Scott. She is survived by her husband, Harry J. Wolf; sons, Tim Wolf of Bluffton, SC and Matthew Wolf (Kimberley) of Fredericksburg, VA; daughter, Kathleen Barbone (Peter) of Bluffton, SC; and grandchildren, Kelly Ann Wolf, Samantha Wolf, Sean Barbone, Ryan Barbone, and Jake Wolf. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., with a funeral service at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910.
