Elmer “Sonny” Fischer

Elmer “Sonny” Fischer, 55, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of Bellmawr, NJ and Fairview, NJ died Saturday, March 17, 2018 at home. Mr. Fischer was born on July 4, 1962 in Camden, NJ. He worked as a HVAC technician for many years and was currently working with Lang 72 Degrees. Sonny was a member of LowCountry Community Church. He enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, and watching sports, especially baseball. Mr. Fischer was preceded in death by his father, Elmer C. Fischer. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Linda (Creek) Fischer; daughters, Lindsay Creek and Fallon Fischer; son, Joseph Fischer; mother, Rosemarie D. Fischer; sister, Marie A. Palmer; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 23, 2018 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Lowcountry Memorial Gardens.
