Elmira E. Taylor Weis, 85, widow of Joseph B. Weis, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at the Carolina House of Bluffton, SCShe was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 9, 1923. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Christina Taylor.She was a homemaker and a Catholic.She is survived by her son, Stephen W. (Linda) Weis of Newport News, VA; two daughters, Linda J. (John) Indrigo of Bluffton, SC and Barbara Kloete of Ridge, NY; grandchildren, Lori Feldt Nichols, Mikhel DeRosalia, Tiffany Feldt, Joseph Kloete, Daniel Weis and Allison Weis; and great grandchildren, Frank and Luke DeRosalia and Milo Feldt Nichols.Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, May 4, 2009 at the Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. The family will receive friends from 2 til 4 and 7 til 9 at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, Rocky Point, NY.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements.
