Florence “Flo” Thomas

Florence “Flo” Thomas, 80, of Okatie, SC and formerly of Sarasota, FL died Friday, December 8, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA. Mrs. Thomas was born on January 29, 1937 in Morristown, TN, the daughter of the late Hilbert and Nancy Collins. She worked as a school bus driver with the Sarasota County Board of Education for over 35 years. She enjoyed reading, country music, and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Euliss Thomas. She is survived by her children, Cheryl Davis, Rick Adams (Barbara), and Rebecca Morton (Dustin); grandchildren, Channon Beerman (Jeff), Donny Davis, Cayla Matsumoto (Colin), Corey Adams, and Emily Adams; and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 15, 2017 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910.
