Francesca Gagliano Frankel

Francesca (Fran) Gagliano Frankel, 60, of Bluffton, SC and wife of Frank Frankel, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2009 at Hospice House of Savannah, GA.She was born in Diamante, Italy on February 3, 1949. She was the daughter of Maria Torrano Gagliano and the late Emilio Gagliano.She had lived in the Bluffton area for the past seven years. She attended Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, loved her nieces and nephews and her dog, Zee Zee.She is survived by her husband, Frank Frankel of Bluffton, SC; her mother, Maria Gagliano of Bluffton, SC; one sister, Lisa Murphy of Ann Arbor, MI and five nieces and nephews.The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC at 11:30 am on Wednesday, October 21, 2009. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 am until the hour of the service at the funeral home. The family requests memorial donations be made to American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR), Dept.
