May 14, 1952 — April 1, 2023

Francis Lloyd McLeod III (Mick) passed away on April 1, 2023 in his Bluffton home.  Mick led a wonderful life with his wife, Gail, children, Christopher, Allison and Caroline, brother Tommy, mother Barbara and great grandchildren Savannah & Haley.

After serving in the Navy for four years with an honorable discharge, he began his career in the food service Industry.  For the next 35+ years he was employed by several companies as a food service manager, district manager,  corporate recruiter, & corporate purchasing manager.  He was a manager that everyone liked, admired and wanted to work for.

Mick retired in 2017 and moved to Bluffton, SC with his wife Gail from Fayetteville, Ga.  His favorite past time was golfing with his “Golf Buddies”.  He loved to cook and was always preparing something for his friends and family.  His brother and he would sometimes have competitions. He was an avid fan of The Florida “Gators” and sometimes you could hear him yelling at them or cheering them on.

Gail and the children were always first.  His family was so important to his life and he was their best friend, always caring & loving to them.

Mick will always be loved and missed by all.
