Frank W. DenboerBluffton, SCFrank W. Denboer, 75, died Saturday, April 28, 2007 in the Coastal Carolina Medical Center, Hardeeville, SC.He was born in The Haque, The Netherlands on August 25, 1931. He was the son of Johanna Denboer and the late Wilhelmus Denboer.He was a retired patternmaker for the automotive industry and a former Marine in the Netherlands.He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Elisabeth Denboer of Bluffton, SC; his mother, Johanna Denboer of The Netherlands; two daughters, Monica Smardzewski of Knoxville, TN and Ruby McDonnell of Lake Orion, Michigan; one brother, Paul Denboer of The Netherlands; three sisters, Nel VanTeffelen, Ria Denboer and Lydia Gillesen all of The Netherlands and four grandchildren.Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm, Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials gifts be made to the Salvation Army, P. O. Box 269, Alexandria, VA 22313 or the Hilton Head Humane Society, P. O. Box 21790, Hilton Head Island, SC 29925.Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is assisting the family with their arrangements.
