Gail De Rosa

On January 25, 2019 Gail (Marchese) De Rosa, loving wife and mother of two children, passed away at the age of 82 after a long hard fight. Gail was born August 21, 1936 in Hoboken, NJ to Anthony and Alma Marchese. She received her BS in Education from Hofstra University in 1959. While attending college, she met and fell in love with Michael De Rosa. They married July 10, 1960 and were happily married for 59 years. Gail taught first grade in Seaford, NY. She had a passion for animals, music, singing and dancing. Gail was preceded in death by her father, Anthony, and her mother, Alma. She is survived by her husband, Michael, her two children, Michelle (Gary) Walthour, Todd (Holly) De Rosa and her grandchildren, Amanda Beck, Christian Beck, Sophia De Rosa, Tony De Rosa and Joseph De Rosa. There will be no funeral service or visitation.
