Gerald John Kuch

Gerald John Kuch of Sun City-Bluffton, SC passed away on Sep 13, 2021, at the age of 83. Jerry was loved by family and friends alike, always having a smile on his face.  He loved family vacations and his daily phone calls to family.  Jerry was generous and devoted, letting those around him know that he loved each and every one of them very much. Jerry and his wife, Marilyn relocated to Bluffton 17 years ago, where he quickly became well known and well loved in the community. While in Sun City “Jer” would often enjoy long walks and playing cards with his neighbors. Jer was always willing to help friends and neighbors in their time of need. He was especially proud of the work ethic that he demonstrated and developed in his children.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marilyn;  his brothers; Don, Bob, Howard and Richard; his children, Darrell and Beverly, Kelly and Anthony, Courtney and Mary, and Todd and Molly; Grandchildren, Emily and Jason, Elizabeth and Joel, Jillian and Sari, Chelsea, Alex, Kevin and Shaena, Nate, Josh and Jon; his great grandchildren, Pella, Serena, Tanner, Annabeth, Quinn and Ruth.

He will be greatly missed by immediate family, extended family and friends.

A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
