Gloria Jean (Garner) Nemir

March 28, 1940 – September 9, 2020

I am saddened to tell of the passing of Gloria Nemir.

Gloria was a small town girl with a large footprint.  She worked her way from clerk at the 5 and 10 in Roanoke Rapids, NC to supervisor of the L.A.N. Computer System for the Under Secretary of the Army at the Pentagon.  Besides boasting of being an avid Elvis fan, she was a very proud mother and grandmother.  Her three girls are Brenda, Robin, and Heather.  Her grand-daughters are Aubrey, Ellis, and Laine.  I will always remember the hardy laugh and bright smile.  All who knew Gloria Jean, as her best friend called her, will remember a dear lady worth the getting to know.  Gloria is also survived by her loving husband, Lewell Nemir, and her brothers, Archie and Victor.  We Love and Miss you Gloria!!

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC.
