Gracie Elizabeth Walls Tysinger

Gracie Elizabeth Walls Tysinger, 77, of Hardeeville, SC and widow of Oscar William Tysinger Jr., passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 in the Hilton Head Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SC.She was born in High Point, NC on June 27, 1933. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Emma Walls.She was the owner of Joker Joes Service Center. She attended the Red Dam Baptist Church. She was a member of the Hardeeville Marine Rescue Squadron. She enjoyed fishing and traveling.She is survived by two sons, Billy Tysinger III and Ronnie Tysinger both of Hardeeville; one daughter, Shirley Williams of Hardeeville; one brother, Frank Walls of Lexington, NC; two sisters, Dorothy Smith of Hardeeville and Faye Cross of Randleman, NC; grandchildren, Shean Williams, Stacy Williams, Billy Tysinger IV, Zachary Tysinger, and Shane Gill; great grandchildren, Brandon McElwee and Joey Gill. She was predeceased by one daughter, Brenda Tysinger; one brother, Tommy Walls; two sisters, Martha Walls and Irene Davis and grandson, Scottie McElwee.Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 12, 2011 in the Red Dam Baptist Church, Hardeeville, SC with burial in the Purrysburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at Noon on Saturday until the hour of the service at the Church.
