Harold H. Kline, 75, died Tuesday, June 17 at his residence in Sun City. Born February 10, 1939, in Philadelphia to Edward Chamberlain and Mae Clark, he attended Germantown Friends School before attending Ursinus College and the University of Virginia. He served as president of Provident National Bank in Philadelphia after starting in the mailroom and working his way up in less than 20 years. He was also president of Elmwood Federal Savings Bank in New Jersey. An avid tennis player and reader, he finished the New York Times crossword puzzle in ink every day. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; three children, Jeff Kline (Shannon) of Hilton Head, Scott Kline of Norristown, PA and Maegan Kline of Chicago; two grandchildren, who called him Hunky; and stepdaughter Lindsay Morris of Burlington, VT. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Amos Moses, Andy and Penny. Services will be private and at sea.
