Harold V. ManginBluffton, SCHal Mangin, formerly of Savannah, GA and Plumsteadville, PA died on September 13, 2007 at the age of 81.Born in Manhasset, NY on February 15, 1926 to Joseph C. and Mildred VanDyke Mangin.He was a former senior staff engineer of Union Camp (International Paper), past chairman of the Engineering Division of Tappi. Upon retiring he became Vice President of the Coastal Heritage Society and the Roundhouse of Savannah, GA. He was a member of the Sun City Veterans, Model Railroad Club and the Irish Club all in Bluffton, SC.
