Harry Daniel DiBiase, Sr., 69, passed away Monday, June 13, 2011 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville, SC.He was born on November 28, 1941 in Vineland, NJ to the late Harry DiBiase and Ellen Armstrong.Mr. DiBiase was a resident of Ridgeland, SC for 22 years and was formerly the Police Chief for Ridgeland Police Department. He was a 30 year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp where he served three tours in Vietnam. He was a member of the FBI National Academy, Port Royal Masonic Lodge #242, AmVets of Port Royal, S. C., Fraternal Order of Police, Parris Island Rod and Gun Club, SC State Constable and a member of St. Anthony
