Helen Daring

Helen Herndon Daring, 90, of Ridgeland, SC passed away on March 16, 2021. Helen was born in Walterboro, SC on May 19, 1930 to the late John Gary Herndon and Alvie Warren Herndon.

Helen worked as a Clothing Inspector at Holiday Wear Manufacturing in Ridgeland, SC for many years before she retired and became a loving caretaker to several people.

Helen is survived by three daughters, Gail Robinson of Ridgeland, SC, Jeanne Freymuth of Springfield, GA, and Holly DuBose of Ridgeland, SC, nine grandchildren, and ten great- grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Stanley of Ridgeland, SC, one brother, Johnny Herndon of Hilton Head Island, SC, three sisters, Gladys Gaskins of Walterboro, SC, Susie Jackson of Walterboro, SC, Ruth Malphrus of Ridgeland, SC, and one beloved grandson, Jared DuBose of Ridgeland, SC.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 10th, 2021 at the Ridgeland Advent Christian Church, 7382 W Main St, Ridgeland, SC.
