Inez S. SwintonPhiladelphia, PAInez Singleton Swinton, 72, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Beaufort, SC. She was born on September 19, 1936 in Ridgeland, SC to the late Lucille Swinton.Mrs. Swinton moved to Philadelphia at the age of 21 and was a Registered Nurse employed by Jefferson University Hospital of Philadelphia. She was a Baptist.She is survived by two sons, John Singleton of Ridgeland, SC; George Singleton of Philadelphia PA; five daughters, Gloria Jones and Rochelle (Olusemi) Kalejaiye, both of Philadelphia, PA; Sheley (Bobby) Swinton and Tanya Keys, both of Ridgeland, SC and Edith Singleton of Miami, FL.Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Second Euhaw Baptist Church with burial in Roseland Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 3:00 pm til 8:00 pm on Friday, July 24, 2009 at Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland.Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with their arrangements.
