Irene Reiner

Irene Reiner passed on May 5, 2025 in Bluffton, SC. She was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Imre Reiner. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Lynch and her son-in-law Robert Lynch, both of Bluffton; by her grandchildren, Jeffrey Lynch and David Lynch, and by three great grandchildren. She was born on September 21, 1928 in Budapest, Hungary. Irene, Imre and Andrea escaped Hungary in 1956 during the Hungarian Revolution. The family settled in Baltimore, MD where she worked as a draftperson at the civil engineering firm of Whitman, Requardt and Associates until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling, attending the theater, volunteering at her church and listening to classical music.
