Jack Warren Hartzell

Jack Warren Hartzell, 86 , passed away on Thursday December 4, 2008 at his residence.He was born in Quincy, Illinois on May 31, 1922. He was the son of the late Edgar D. Hartzell and Ruth Miller Hartzell. He served in the United States Army in the Signal Corps during World War 2. He earned a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a masters degree in Business Administration from NYU. He spent most of his working life living in Madison NJ. He retired from EBASCO Services after many years of service and moved to Sun City, where he lived for the last 12 years.
