LowtherRidgeland, SCJack Enoch Lowther, 64, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 at his home in Ridgeland, SC.He was born in Ridgeland, SC on January 17, 1948 to Jack E. and Jeanette Altman Lowther.He was the owner of Collins Construction Company of Ridgeland, SC; a member of The Ridgeland Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and he enjoyed working, hunting and fishing.He is survived by his wife, Linda Shipman Lowther of Ridgeland, SC; two sons, Jack Enoch (Kathi) Lowther, III and Charles Nicholas DeWitt Lowther of Ridgeland, SC; two daughters, Meg Lowther (Henry) Torres and Jenna Justine (Billy) Beckett, all of Ridgeland, SC; brother, Barry W. (Melonie) Lowther of Bluffton, SC; sister, Sylvia (Steve) Shuman of Ridgeland, SC and five grandchildren.A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at the Ridgeland Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.Sauls Funeral Home is assisting the family with their arrangements.
