Jacqueline Elizabeth (Jackie) Cooler Altman

Jacqueline Elizabeth Cooler Altman (Jackie), age 76 and widow of Henry Leroy Altman (Pete) passed away at her home on October 4, 2021 after a battle with cancer.

Jackie was born in Hardeeville, SC and was the daughter of the late Clint Cooler and Pearl Bradham Cooler.  Jackie was predeceased by her siblings, Clint Cooler Jr., Thomas Cooler, Raymond Davis, William Davis, Cecil Davis, Althera Tant, Alberta Gatch and Catherine Cooler.

Jackie and her husband were owners of the Altman Glass and Door Company, a residential glass company. She was a charter member of the Hardeeville Marine Rescue Squadron.  Both were faithful members of the Red Dam Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, siblings and husband, Jackie was predeceased by her best friend and travel companion, Foxy.

She is survived by two sisters in law, Faye Altman and Reba Youmans (David) and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the Red Dam Baptist Church, Hardeeville, SC until noon when the funeral service will begin.  Burial will follow in the Red Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
