James Edward "Eddie" Goldfinch

James Edward “Eddie” Goldfinch, 53, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of Myrtle Beach, SC died Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Hilton Head Hospital.

Mr. Goldfinch was born on December 5, 1965 in Conway, SC. Eddie worked in accounting for many years. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, and bowling. Mr. Goldfinch was preceded in death by his father, James W. Goldfinch. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Mary Goldfinch; mother, Martha H. Welsh (Richard L.); stepbrothers, Gregg Poston and Charles Richburg; stepsister, Andrea Edge; sister-in-law, Noreen A. Napolitano; and nephews, Paul J. and John C. Napolitano.

The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2018 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 2:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Memorial Gardens, 3080 Okatie Highway, Bluffton, SC.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
