James Paul Lynn, Sr.

James Paul Lynn Sr., 74 of Bluffton, SC passed away at his home on Saturday, July 7, 2012. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on August 22, 1937. He was the son of the late William Lyman Lynn and Minnie Lucille Bates Lynn.He was a computer scientist and consultant. He was a US Air Force veteran with the space program. He was a Methodist. He was an avid golfer and a Alabama Crimson Tide Fan.He is survived by his wife, Joan B. Lynn of Bluffton; one son, John (Alanna) Lynn of San Diego, CA; one daughter, Cheryl (Craig) Hainsworth of Rialton, CA; one brother, Thomas (Marsha) Lynn of Birmingham, AL; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.Memorial services to be announced.
