Bruce Saxon Jr. died Saturday February 11, 2012 in Savannah, Georgia. He was born in Ridgeland, South Carolina on August 2, 1948 to Susie Lowther Saxon and James B. Saxon, Sr. Bruce graduated from Ridgeland High School and remained in the Lowcountry for most of his life. He was a commercial shrimper. He is survived by father James Saxon, Sr., children Catherine Lashley, Melissa Saxon (Richard), and Danielle Clark (Brandon), sisters Faye Catterton (Rodney), Susan Saxon (Jacob Preston), and brother Daniel Saxon (Theresa). Arrangements by Sauls Funeral Home in Ridgeland. Visitation at Sauls Funeral Home will be Thursday, February 16 at 2:00pm with services to follow at 3:00pm
