James "Jim" Weatherill

James (Jim) Weatherill 86, died of heart failure on January 20th born in Burbank, California to Florence and Earl Weatherill he had two older sisters Erla and Shirley. Grew up in Burbank, joined the Navy, married Sally Irons and had two children Teryl, and Troy. He is survived by his children and grandson Bobby and great grand-daughters Olive and Addie. He was divorced from Sally went in to the “show biz”, became an Extra, Assistant Director, Production Manager of many television shows and retired after producing JAG. He married Diana, they worked together retiring to Sun City South Carolina where he enjoyed playing golf with his friends. He particularly loved his Friday Golf Group with whom he laughed and joked and told his many stories. In his later years he was diagnosed with melanoma. He was treated with Keytruda and was cancer free after two years of treatments. He wanted no fuss or palaver, just a simple cremation and his friends to have a drink for him. He was a fun-loving and caring man who will be sorely missed.
