Jane Helen Johnson

Jane Helen Johnson of Bluffton, South Carolina passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville, SC. Jane was born May 31, 1937, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Edward and Edna Fothergill. At a young age, the family moved to Des Plaines, IL, where she graduated from Maine Township High School. She then attended Baker University in Baldwin, KS, where she earned a degree in elementary education. While at Baker she met Jerry and after four years dating and engagement, they were married shortly after graduation on June 2, 1959. They were blessed with two children and later two grandchildren. This summer they celebrated 52 years of marriage.Jane
