Jane Leigh Powell of Ridgeland, SC passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her closest friends on Saturday, August 30, 2014. She was born in England to the late Francis Edward and Florence Gibb Pratt Powell. She was a long time resident and philanthropist of Jasper County.
