She was born on February 8, 1937, in New York City, NY the daughter of the late John Joseph and Janet Agnes Borthwick Kalmus. She was predeceased by 1 son, James Pelosi; 1 daughter, Janet Smith; 1 brother, John Kalmus; and 1 sister, Kay Perrone. She is survived by her beloved former husband, Robert F. Pelosi, Sr.; son Robert Pelosi, Jr. (Eileen) of Center Morithes, NY and Daniel Pelosi of Center Morithes, NY; daughters Barbara Lukert (Raymond Williams) of Beaufort, SC and Joan Giammatteo (Guy) of Beaufort, SC; 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
