Jean C. Burton

Jean C. Burton, 86 of Bluffton, SC and widow of Charles Earl Burton passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2011 in the Coastal Carolina Medical Center, Hardeeville.She was born in Monticello, KY on October 6, 1924. She was the daughter of the late Riley and Ethel Bell Burnett. She was a retired Real Estate Agent and apartment manager. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of St. Matthews Baptist Church of Louisville, KY.She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Wanda L. and Robert Heckman of Bluffton and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters.Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, May 27, 2011 in the Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton with burial in the Beaufort National Cemetery.The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am prior to the service at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home.The family requests memorial gifts be made to Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, P.O.
