Jeanne Walther Davidson

Jeanne Walther Davidson, 90 years old, passed away peacefully at home in Bluffton on May 20, 2016. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Marie and Howard Walther. Jeanne met her husband, William, at the University of Pittsburgh. They had a blessed marriage of 60 years when he passed. She was predeceased by her brother, Howard Walther. Jeanne is survived by her two children, Jody Chessman, her husband Mark Chessman of Michigan and Connie Johnson of Bluffton; four grandchildren; Michaela Yates, her husband Mark Yates of Bluffton; David Chessman, his fiancé, Erin Callaio of Colorado; Nolan Chessman and his wife Quinne of Illinois; and Shelby Chessman of New York; and two great grandbabies, Beckett and Coraline. A graveside ceremony will be held, Friday, May 27th at 4:00 p.m., at the Church of the Cross Memorial Garden. Any commemorative contributions may be made to THA Group Hospice.
