Jeffrey B. MinorColumbia, SCJeffrey Bradford Minor, age 36, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at his home in Columbia, SC.He was born April 19, 1974 in Savannah, GA to Carrie W. Minor and the late J. B. (Jim) Minor.He graduated from Irmo High School and attended Clemson University. He was a Chef, who enjoyed creating and cooking various dishes for family and friends.Survivors include his mother, Carrie Minor of Columbia, SC; brother, James Beau Minor of Pittsburgh, PA; two nieces, Julie and Jaylin Minor of Pittsburgh, PA and his beloved black lab, Boomer. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Minor and grandparents.A private memorial service will be held at a later date conducted by Rev. Bob Vincent of St. James United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to St. James United Methodist Church, 3390 Pinebelt Road, Columbia, SC 29204.Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with their arrangements
