Jennifer Wise Ackerman

Jennifer Wise Ackerman, 37, of Bluffton, SC died Friday, August 6, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA. Jennifer was born on May 20, 1979 in Savannah. She attended Hilton Head High School. She is the loving mother of Will Harden, Gracie Ackerman, and Hunter Ackerman. She is also survived by her paternal grandmother, Martha Wise; maternal grandmother, Doris Rush; her mother, Janet Counts (Doug); father, Kennith Wise (Kathy); brother, Doug Counts, Jr.; sister, Heather Counts Sims and several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 27 Driftwood Dr., Bluffton, SC 29910. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society.
