Jennifer Lisa Grindrod

Jennifer Lisa Grindrod, 45, died August 17, 2014 at Life Care Center of Hilton Head peacefully in her sleep. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on July 13, 1969. She was the daughter of Joan Grindrod Rasch and the late Bruce R. Grindrod. She attended McDonogh School in McDonogh, Maryland. She graduated from Mt. Hebron High School in Howard County, Maryland and attended College Misericordia in Pennsylvania. She was a member of PEP Programs for Exceptional People while living on Hilton Head Island. Jennifer is survived by her mother, Joan G. Rasch, step-father, William G. Rasch, II; brother, Bruce (Rick) Grindrod (Laura) of Severna Park, Maryland; step-brother, William G. Rasch III (Cathy) of Evansville, Indiana; step-sister, Beth Rasch (Randy) of Reston, Virginia; nieces, Elazabeth Blakely and Caroline; nephews, David and Will IV. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, August 22, 2014 at the Providence Presbyterian Church, 171 Cordilo Parkway, Hilton Head Island, SC. In lieu of Flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Osprey Village Inc. (housing for special needs adults), P.O. Box 22854, Hilton Head Island, SC 29925. Interment will be held in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Howard County, Maryland. Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with their arrangements.
