Jenny Johnson Hall

Jenny passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2021 at her home in Bluffton SC.

Born on December 3, 1952 in Nashville TN, Jenny graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Tennessee and received a master’s degree in Special Education from Vanderbilt University. Jenny taught special needs children for 10 years in Memphis TN where she also met and married Stan in 1979.

Later she taught resource children in Wilmington DE for 10 years before moving back to Memphis again, and from there to Charlotte NC. In Charlotte Jenny was actively involved the Assistance League of Charlotte, before moving full time to Bluffton last year.

Jenny suffered through a long series of serious medical issues beginning in her late 40’s. While dealing with all the pain and suffering, she always had a bright smile and cheerful attitude, even during the worst of times. She served as an inspiration for us all.

A viewing will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, August 19 ^th at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton SC. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Lowcountry https://hospicecarelc.org/donate/
