Jessica [Berry] MattisJessica Mattis died April 25, 2011 on Hilton Head Island. Jessica Jane Berry was born in Ohio on September 23, 1980 to David and Linda (Tullis) Berry. When Jessica was three years old, her family moved to Hilton Head, SC. She graduated from Hilton Head High School in 1998. Jessica was a very gifted child. She danced ballet, played piano, sang, and acted in theater. With the Hilton Head Playhouse, Jessica had starring roles in Oliver and The Secret Garden. As an adult, she continued to share her musical talents, especially as a member of the worship team at Christian Renewal Church. While teaching Pilates, Jessica met and fell in love with Dr. Anthony Mattis. They shared a love of life and a deep appreciation for an holistic approach to wellness. They married on March 29, 2003 and moved to Bluffton, where together they built Anthony
