Jessie Niver Boulware, 80, died Thursday, October 30, 2008 at her home in Port Wentworth, GA.She was born July 6, 1928 in Bluffton, SC to the late William Thomas and Louise Mason Niver.She was a member of Bluffton United Methodist Church in Bluffton, SC. She was a former employee of Levys Department store on Broughton Street in Savannah, GA and Hargray in Hilton Head Island, SC until retiring in 1992. She loved baking, cooking, gardening and her dog
