CrosbyGrays, SCMrs. Jessie Mae Mixson Crosby, 84, widow of Manuel Crosby, died Thursday, February 7, 2008 in Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Beaufort, SC.She was born on October 22, 1923 to the late Eli Mixson and Nettie Stanley Mixson in Stokes, SC. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She was a member of Pine Level Baptist Church in Grays, SC.She leaves behind four sons, Billy Crosby, Wayne (Cheryl) Crosby and Everett (Jeanette) Crosby, all of Grays, SC; Mark (Janet) Crosby of Estill, SC; one daughter, Thelma Rowland of Grays, SC; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Jessie Manuel (JM)Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 9, 2008 in Grimes Cemetery in Grays, SC. A visitation will be held from 1 til 2:30 pm at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 W. Adams Street, Ridgeland, SC.
